Terms and Conditions

Welcome to HEC Airport Transfer. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or online methods.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time.

• In case of no-show, the full fare will be charged.

3. Liability

• HEC Airport Transfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult, and child seats must be requested in advance.

4. Vehicle Hire

• Vehicles are hired for the agreed duration and purpose only.

• Smoking, eating, and drinking are not permitted in the vehicles.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

5. Chauffeur Conduct

• Our chauffeurs are professional, licensed, and DBS-checked.

• Passengers must treat chauffeurs with respect. Any abusive behaviour will result in termination of the service without refund.

6. Changes to Terms

• HEC Airport Transfer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts.
